“Dr. Kamen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had no joke. She answered every single one of my questions that I had and really took time to understand my problems. So much of the tests I wanted to do in the past were never done because my doctors simply just didn’t want to do it or said that this test doesn’t exist when it did. Dr. Kamen actually recommended these tests without me having to ask. Like a candida test which I wanted to do for a while now. I feel like I’m going onto the right step of figuring out my stomach problems and the root cause.”
“I absolutely love Dr. Chen, he is the best doctor I've ever had. It's hard to find doctors to help with Fibromyalgia and he stays very current with the research. One Medical is pretty great overall, the office has a giant rainbow flag on the window, and everyone is kind and welcoming. The app is very helpful, and the office does telehealth too.”
“Incredibly easy to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment online. Providers are invariably efficient and helpful. They often have the medications they prescribe on hand, sparing a trip to the pharmacy. Over the years I've gotten everything from chest x-rays to physical therapy referrals from ZoomCare, and I have yet to have a bad experience.”

“Had to go for a respiratory issue. Was able to book an appointment online on a Sunday, and get an appointment in under an hour. Everything was seamless online including intake forms. When I showed up at my appointment time, I waited under five minutes, and the waiting room was not packed and was clean, bright and seating well spaced apart. From the time I walked in to the time I was seen, diagnosed, and got medication was about 15 minutes.
PA Valerie was kind, easy to talk to and efficient. If I didn’t need a cough syrup, I wouldn’t have even have had to go to a pharmacy, as they have some non-controlled medications on site. The space was modern, clean, and it was potentially the easiest and best experience I’ve had at any medical facility.”

“I've definitely seen people get turned away by the male pharmacist - he seems to be very rigid on following policies.That said, factoring in that this is a smaller pharmacy so naturally they'd be more limited on what they can carry and have a smaller window of operation, it's a great place.I really love that it's walking distance, though, and they sell many medications and store products that are close to expiry for around $1-$5 instead of msrp/retail.Considering "expired" medication just has slightly reduced efficacy, but is almost always totally safe, this is an incredible opportunity to save a lot of money on necessitiesThey are also more limited than wallgreens and cvs or safeway with being capable of redeeming things like manufacturer rebates, likely due to being a much smaller localized pharmacy and not part of a larger regional/national system.All in all, fair pricing, ease of access, and reliable service/timelines and communication are what sell me on this place, though if I didn't live so close I also wouldn't bother to make the trek.”

“I saw Dr. Kafi prior to Covid. He was very personable as was his assistant and his office staff. I recently returned for some minor issues. He remembered me and greeted me warmly. His staff was still personable as before. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I am going to refute a former review about Dr. Kafi fat-shaming. I weigh more than my ideal. He never said anything to me about weighing more than I probably should. He answered several skin care questions I had. He and his assistant explained after care for the procedure I had. The information was clear and simple and easy to understand. He also followed up with me via MyChart. I would return to this practice again.”
