It was fine but they no longer carry any clothes (except for a few pairs of socks). It's all on one level -- after 8pm you can only get in the north entrance. They open at 7am and close at 10pm.

Update: Never received a call or any type of feedback regarding my experience. I typically give grace when it comes to customer service failures but this was to the extreme. Just proves that corporations don't care.
After completing the "how was your experience survey" I'm still waiting over two months for a response. Customer service is horrible. Got told "it is what it is".

If you enjoy the feeling of shopping at a minimum security prison this is the store for you, which includes selection being poor and prices too high. I used to shop here frequently now I give Freddy’s a miss unless I’m extremely desperate.

great location. was here from LA for the Grand Floral Parade and needed to feed a large group of people (50+) and their hot food prices were much more reasonable than hiring a caterer. Also the food was great (fried chicken and ribs) FTW! after our order they told us we had the largest order in their stores history so you Portland folk are sleeping in these great deals. In LA a 100 piece box of chicken is a friday night staple for feeding a large group. Ahhh you will learn! thanks again Fred Meyer staff, you were great!

Store is so compared to any other i've been at. It's not an all 1 stop shopping store. We were able to get in and out quick.

I can never rave enough about this store the cashiers are friendly they go out of their way to assist you, Anthony, Tony, Corey, Shirley, Shawn, are the best, I shop here at least 3 times a week this is my favorite place to shop, The bakery & deli are great,

Every day this store finds new ways to make honest hard working citizens feel like criminals just for trying to buy food.
I no longer feel safe shopping here since they brought in the armed security and gates that make it really hard on me with my disabilities. I go out of my way to shop other places now.

I went to Fred Meyers today about an hour ago and Anthony was bagging our groceries. I was purchasing 10 of the 12pk cases of soda and 3 cases of water for my baby shower. Anthony told us to leave everything in the cart and scanned them directly in the cart so we wouldn’t have to lift them on to the conveyor belt to be scanned. I was struggling to use the coupon for Fred Meyer on my phone, Anthony patiently and kindly helped me trouble shoot using the coupon on my phone. Thank you Anthony for the above and beyond customer service I experienced today, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and patience.
