I planning to refuel at self service but I was serve with assistance because I enter the wrong lane, they still assist me feeling VIP, just hand your Membership card and Creditcard and tell what you want to refuel. Friendly and courteous. Thank You for your service.”
“I called in from out of state to help my son who is in Portland. I spoke with Mel he had the best customer service. I actually called back a few times and he was always happy to help. Patient, kind, not in a hurry. My son did go in also dealt with Mel he got his diagnostic finally after a few mechanics later got an answer that made sense. He was honest about the problem and job that had to be done. I just appreciate the help and kindness. We will be coming back for future car troubles. Thank you.”

“Pretty cheap gas for being close in to the city. Keep in mind credit is an additional $0.20 per gallon.
Only four pumps so when it gets busy, you are waiting. Not too many parking spots.”

“Al’s Automotive genuinely saved me
I was in an accident in Portland, a hundred miles away from home and had to leave my car in a parking lot while I figured out what to do and be seen by my doctor for the whip lash. Just when I was at the height of my stresses, when I came back to my car the gas tank had been drilled into and my converter was sawed into. I was so devastated, and even more devastated when looking for someone to tow my car and help me fix her enough to bring her home. Other places quoted me thousands for repairs and refused to work with me when it came to finding a new gas tank from the pick n pull, insisting I had to pay top dollar for brand new.
I found them on the bottom of the Google search, a few miles from me. I called and was immediately offered a tow and we worked together to gather the parts she needed. They were incredibly understanding and let me leave my car on the lot longer than anyone else would have till I could pick it up. They were so kind and understanding, wishing me well and checking up on me even after I’d left. They were incredibly fair and it was fixed for far under what I was quoted by some greedy places.
Beyond that the work they accomplished speaks for itself. The weld work was beautiful and incredibly secure, and the gas tank they installed works perfectly. I was concerned since the last time I’d had a similar experience the gas tank no longer read levels, but they ensured it was in perfect working order and it is!
I really have nothing but amazing things to say about them. I plan on making the drive up when it comes to the fine tunes that are to come once the body shop finishes its repairs.
This place has amazing staff, amazingly talented mechanics, honest people- five stars really doesn’t feel like enough.”
“Great service. Great value. I do miss Bonnies Burgers on the inside (loved their crinkle fries) but it works as only a gas station as well. The workers are always super duper nice and helpful. It seems to me they are remodeling the inside to bring it back in some shape or form but that is just what I am observing, I do not know for sure”

She asked what I needed and if I had a phone number. Once she started to pump the gas. She cleaned my windows. You have a great employee. She should train new hires.”
