I’ve been going to Harmony Yoga for years. The teachers are caring, experienced and are very helpful in accommodating any physical issues one might have. The atmosphere is meditative and very calming, which I prefer.

The classes here at Harmony are intimate and affordable! You can’t beat the personal attention you get here from the caring teachers, some with decades of experience!
