Moline is absolutely fantastic! I took a TRE class from her and was so impressed with her level of care and expertise. It was very helpful and I highly recommend these classes!

There is always good energy here. I love coming. I have done both QiGong classes and my sufi zikr practice here and the space always feels amazing. Parking is a bit of an issue if you are running late, but when I plan enough in advance it is not.

Wonderful experience being in a space with older military men being open to working with their body and being respectful of their sensations. I look forward to my schedule allowing me to join in again.
