Healthy Pets Northwest is a locally owned small business and one of the best pet food stores around. The shop is clean and stuffed full of supplies, with a pretty extensive and excellent quality selection, including expensive specialty foods. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind. They are understanding and offer excellent service, such as accepting returns and providing helpful advice for specific needs like allergies. They support special bulk orders and welcome leashed pets inside, even going out of their way to be accommodating. The store is a decent spot with competitive prices and easy shopping, though some note the supply of cat products could be improved. It is a small and mighty pet supply store and a valued part of the Woodstock community.

Staff is always helpful,prices are competitive, shopping is easy. I was able to return an opened bag of dry cat food as it made one of the household cats have an upset stomach. The staff was very understanding and let me exchange the open and used bag for our typical brand.
