The shop is clean and stuffed full of supplies, with a pretty extensive and excellent quality selection, including expensive specialty foods. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind. They are understanding and offer excellent service, such as accepting returns and providing helpful advice for specific needs like allergies. They support special bulk orders and welcome leashed pets inside, even going out of their way to be accommodating. The store is a decent spot with competitive prices and easy shopping, though some note the supply of cat products could be improved. It is a small and mighty pet supply store and a valued part of the Woodstock community.
