Holgate Market is a long-standing neighborhood Ma and Pa shop that has been around forever. It is a great little convenience store, especially in a pinch, with a way larger selection than other similar stores. It offers lots of convenience store items, some good grocery store items, and a variety of food and drinks. The owners are the best kind of people, kind hearted and respected by the neighborhood. The employees are exceptional and always kind, helpful, and like a comedy duo, providing way better service. The place is super close by, clean, and sanitized. It provides a safe and mellow feeling with no problems, weirdos, homeless, or dopers, which is appreciated as the neighborhood has gone downhill. The only drawback is that pricing is definitely a little high, so it is best for small grab-and-go items rather than a full grocery list. It is a daytime only store that receives great affection from its longstanding customers.
