Although I am not a long-time customer of Imperial (yet), my experience has been exceptionally good. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism and Dianna has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company to those needing copier/office solutions.

We did a 3 year lease, and just renewed another 2 year lease with Rick at Imperial. This is such a great company, we have and will continue to recommend them every chance we can. We were with Pacific Office previously for over 15 years, and they overcharged and oversold us year on end. We are so glad we found Rick!
