The Kenton Hotel is a nicely renovated older motel located directly on the Max line in the charming Kenton neighborhood. It offers a great location with access to public transit across the street and dining and shopping within walking distance. The area is considered safe. The hotel provides a simple and easy check-in process via text message with detailed instructions, and there is great communication by staff. It should be noted that there is no staff physically on site at all, which offers privacy but means there is no front desk for questions. The rooms themselves are described as cute, cozy, and quirky with great designs. They are exceptionally clean and comfortable, mostly new, with AC that worked well. Some guests noted housekeeping could be more thorough and mentioned a very tiny garbage can. Overall, it is seen as a good, safe, and cheap stay that served its function well. While not a 4-star hotel, it is considered a great value for the money, very much worth it, and many guests would definitely stay again.
A great deal booking through Airbnb! Just what I needed for my week-long stay! There is no staff, but all of the privacy you could want and it’s located in Kenton, which is the most charming neighborhood!
