I moved to Portland 2 years ago and have been going to this location the whole time and all the staff here is amazing. They are proactive and find solutions for all your banking needs quickly and efficiently. There is a bank teller named caden finkley who works there and he is so nice! He has helped me find solutions to the problems I have and answers all the questions I ask and seems happy to help everytime. Thank you guys so much!

Manager assured me she was going to deal with something and proceeded to never answer my voicemails. Just got a letter that all of my accounts were being closed. Won’t recommend key bank to anyone again unfortunately.Edit: OnPoint was amazing at helping me fix this. They even printed the card on the spot and opened the accounts in like 20 minutes

Recently opened a joint checking and savings with the banker Matina, she was amazing. Asked a tons of questions and used that to tailor the products to our needs. She also set follows up to make sure we got our debit cards and the online set ups went smoothly. If you need anything done, go and ask for her.

Deteriorating services.I've used this bank for close to 15 years since the location is convenient but the service has deteriorated and the last visit was so annoying I have to consider switching banks. The bank has an online appointment and I made the appointment and stated what I needed. When I showed up. three people were sitting around and took their time responding. They did not seem familiar with the service which I had used here previously. After lots of hemming and hawing, the branch manager Sarina Ton finally did one of four pieces of paperwork, making the process extra time consuming and complicated. None of them seemed aware of their own online appointment function.I used their ATM fairly frequently. It has gotten more complicated and slower than it used to be and no more customer friendly.Very disappointing and not customer-friendly

I had a poor experience, but I have removed my previous post because I am so impressed with the CEO, Beth Mooney, former Oregonian, and first female CEO of a top 20 bank. Trusting she and her staff will take care of the situation and everyone will benefit in a learning experience. I was refered to Key Bank by a loyal customer of 40 years. I will continue to do business with Key Bank, just not at this branch

So they are at a different location, NW 23rd & Everett now & even have a private lot Staff is super sweet and helpful. They go out their way to make sure that you feel welcome & seem to genuinely want to help. They have the convince of a larger bank but feel very neighborhoodie :) They are even doggie friendly! I would definitely recommend working with them.

Friendly staff, never long lines. They only complaint I have is that the ATM doesn't accept cash deposits.
