Claire was SO helpful and absolutely made what is usually a tedious and painful process so smooth and easy. I struggle finding glasses that fit my wide head and she taught me how to tell what size the frames are so I could at least have a starting point. Thank you Claire!!

So been struggling at the Vancouver lense crafter for months…decided to go to cascade stations lense crafter and they got my prescription and lenses perfect first time. Definitely would go to cascade lense crafter over Vancouver lense crafter!
Thank you for the optometrist there for checking up on my eyes for no cost and lense crafter for replacing for free even tho I was dealing with Vancouver lensecrafter!

I thought it was going to be another sales situation and I was wrong. Yvette was amazing to work with. Getting glasses never seems like some experience you are really looking forward to, but Yvette treated me like I mattered, was personal and professional. If I had the ability to snag her for my line of work, I would in a heartbeat.
