Nondescript building in SE Portland you’d never notice if just walking by, but man do they know their craft! Rich was super helpful and kind to my wife and I in trying to solve an EGR problem on an OBD I Dually. He has a vast knowledge of the trade and freely offered his advice. It just reminded us SO much of Old Portland.
