I've gone to this Loft location for many years but have seen a definite change that is very concerning. The past year, every time I've gone in to this location no one greets me, they don't ask me how they can help me when I wait at the counter, and overall treat me like I'm invisible. I'm Asian. I've noticed that the sales people greet other (White) customers, but not me. I didn't mention this to my mother, also Asian, and she let me know she's experienced the same. Will definitely be avoiding this location and Loft in general unless they can make changes - this behavior is disappointing and unacceptable.

Drove my mother, who is an elder Asian woman who is not fluent in English, to make a return from an online purchase that was too big for her.The woman who helped us, named Jasmine (black hair, said she just turned 48) was especially rude to me and my mother and hostile when I asked her a simple question of “are smaller sizes in stock?”. Through the entire process, it made me and my mother uncomfortable, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt. We shop around and I notice her attitude switched an entire 180 and is extremely nice to the multiple white women that were helped after us.The racial profiling was quite rude and we as consumers should never feel belittled just because we return something that does not fit.Do better Loft. Do not let Jasmine or any other employee treat me, my mother or any other consumer be treated in a hostile manner just because of her ethnicity.

Not impressed with this loft store. Went in to return an order a little while ago and the lady wasn't very nice. Loft in general doesn't like people to make a return. Sorry but I'm not keeping clothes that are poorly made, fit bad or are not flattering on... who would. :( hopefully in the future is a better experience.

I just went in to Loft at the Clackamas town center to look for slacks to wear to my new job. For reference, I am about 6’0” tall, and I have looked everywhere for slacks that fit. I came in today and the women that helped me out were so kind, looked up every single pant I tried on to ensure they came in talls, and took the time to point out pants in store that ran long. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I need business casual wear!

I've shopped at Loft for years, but they recently closed all of their physical store locations within a 60 mile radius. As a result, I can only order/return online. Their 30-day return policy (which starts the day they ship the item) makes it nearly impossible to return anything and receive a refund. I've been trying to get a refund for several items I had to return for 2 months, and they keep saying they screwed up, wait another 30 days for the credit, etc. Too bad their online ordering system and customer service is so impossible. I won't be shopping here again.

Very strict return policy. If you order online the return window starts on the day you ordered so if it takes 8 days to deliver something (like my order) then the return window is 22 days. ?I misread my order looking at the ship date and tried to return a dress a few days past the return policy. The women at the store were nice, but they could only refund me $14 on a dress I paid $60 for because the dress had gone on sale AFTER I bought it.I ended up calling the corporate customer service line and they made an exception for me to return the dress via UPS instead of through the store, which is nice, but I had driven all the way out to Clackamas just to do this return and now I have to go the library to print a shipping label and then go to UPS since they couldn't make the return in store.

This is such a hidden location in the mall that I would have totally missed it if I wasn’t looking for it. It’s always empty in the store with limited staff and they have some selection of items but I always have better luck by buying their stuff online. They’re really hanging by a thread at this location and should really step up their customer service game if they want to keep this location open because it is seriously struggling and the staff doesn’t care. Love loft items but the customer service associates are so rude and d*** and just uninterested in helping out. It’s so frustrating!

The Clackamas store is a mess. Not sure who took it over but the clothes are always disheveled, things just thrown everywhere and rude customer service. Will not be shopping here

Years of spending Hundred of Dollars Monthly at this Store, I'm done. Loft @Clackamas Town Center is struggling to even survive so they should be cautious of the Employees they hire. The Manager in the Store is horrible, you can tell the Employees are terrified to speak up, I understand the Mask Mandate but its not a law!!! She handed me a Mask because she didn't approve of mine, thats ridiculous by itself. Then, Two young shoppers walked in with a Mask on. She tells them as soon as they walked in to keep their Mask om and here are our rules of the store, and if you don't follow them we will ask you to leave. I'm sorry, but what!!!! We live in America, America.People in small roles with sudden power, One day Covid will be gone but people will not forget how they were treated.

I have bought so many clothes from this store. I will NEVER shop the Loft anywhere again which is unfortunate. I understand the mask mandate. I also know America is a free country and the Loft can ask me if I need a mask but cannot tell me I have to because it’s a law. It’s not a law it’s a mandate and obviously their policy I don’t support the mandate nor any store that requires me to wear one due to their policy.

Clackamas Town Center manager, small gal, was, unfortunately not as high in customer service as even the service people at Ross (and their stuff is significantly less expensive). She was more America-hating that both Nordstrom and Macys. I would implore anyone to take the drive to Washington Square and give both Macys and Nordstrom your business. If you're going to spend the money, they're better anyway. Supporting mom and pop is evn better! Anyway, very dissipated. I've been a loyal customer of the Loft for many years. I will never go back, and I will advise all of my friends to do the same.

This used to be a nice store. Quality has really gone down and workers won't even acknowledge you are there. Even check out is unpleasant. Been that way for about 6 months now, must be new management. I'll find my dresses elsewhere.

In general, Loft is a great store to find petite clothes. They have a selection of regular and petite and are combined with another store called Lou and Grey. All my experiences with staff have been great. The store is clean and has a good selection. The only reason I give four stars is that I find all loft stores only carry a small number of each size clothing, often the size I look for is sold out. That is the only downside because the I have to search online and thier website isn't phone browser friendly.Another thing to know about Loft products is that they aren't always durable. They do tend to wear out faster that other brands and t shirts in particular seem to get holes faster than other brand shirts.COVID update as of May 2021They require masks. Dressing rooms are available if you ask. You are asked to sanitize your hands before using the dressing room.
