Not impressed with this loft store. Went in to return an order a little while ago and the lady wasn't very nice. Loft in general doesn't like people to make a return. Sorry but I'm not keeping clothes that are poorly made, fit bad or are not flattering on... who would. :( hopefully in the future is a better experience.

Very near store even tho lots of merchandise. Very helpful staff and friendly. Truly a delightful atmosphere
