This gym needs to be protected! What an absolute treasure it is. Rich in history and they do a great job at preserving it. It feels like you stepped back in time. Getting to train with original chain driven Nautilus equipment globe dumbbells were a highlight for me. I hope this gym stays open for many more years to come!

Bob and Dave are the best! They are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their bars and free weights are top notch, and their machines are in good shape considering how old they are.

When I joined, the owner thanked me and said I should ask him any time I need a spot. Not only is this a piece of Portland history, but it's a supportive, no fuss environment. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
