“It works! I sampled several different gyms back in spring time and OrangeTheory really stood out, but I waited several more months to commit due to life transitions. I took the leap into starting classes at OrangeTheory back in early November and haven’t looked back. The membership is pricey, but it’s 100% worth it. The group workouts are the perfect balance of fun, challenging, and supportive. The coaches are great and the equipment is in good shape. There is a lot of positivity and no shame, no matter where you’re at on your journey. The classes can be tailored to a wide range of bodies, abilities, and goals, and coaches and peers are always supportive. I travel a lot, and I’ve tried a few different locations in different states and around Beaverton. Out of all the OTF locations I’ve visited, this one is by far my favorite. Shout out to Regina, she’s a fantastic instructor. I’m happy this will be my “home” location moving forward.”

“I'm 46 and I've never lifted anything beyond kids, groceries and mulch. I've always been intimidated by the equipment and the vibe of weightlifting...but I also wanted to get stronger. I'm so glad my friend introduced me to Bridgetown! Jay has been incredibly kind and respectful to me. He's helped me find some routines that I feel excited about and he's committed to my safety and form. The whole community there is welcoming and friendly. No one records their sessions or takes selfies, folks do their own thing quietly and with intention. For the first time ever, I'm LOVING going to the gym! I feel like I've found something better than therapy.”

“This is the best gym I've ever been a member of. The new owner, Jordan, puts a ton of effort and energy into making sure the gym is clean, running smoothly, and has updated equipment. It's also super easy to communicate with him. This gym has everything you need.The biggest perk, though, is that you get 24/7 access with a key fob, and this gym is almost never closed.”

“Great place with great staff. My trainer is Devon, very invested in your progress and very encouraging. I have a few different health issues, that not that bad but compiled with my laziness made it hard to go consistently due to feeling tired and weak. But he really worked around what I can do, but at the same time pushing me to do better.Great place if you know you need extra encouragement.”

“The best gym I've ever been to. From Day one I felt comfortable, and I'm not a gym-rat. The trainers are completely accepting, everyone is welcome. They all care and show their personality while keeping us on track with the Matrix system. It is a solid place to work hard, have fun and build health. The fitness system here helps prevent injuries while building strength, balance and stamina. At 57 I am in better shape than I have been in since high school, (and I plan on going past that)!”

“Farzin has transformed my body like no other food, supplement, or biohack has been able. At age 55, and having tried many types of exercise, working out with Farzin is, by far, the most effective tool I've found for changing my physical structure and reclaiming my flexibility. “Great little gym which has everything I need. Plenty of freeweights and squat racks- fewer treadmills which always takes up too much space in other gyms. I've never been here and felt it was overwhelmingly busy. Top marks for staff who keep things really clean which is huge for me!Also, members are all very respectful, and there are plenty of other women lifting here, so it is very space approachable if you're a beginner.”

I always have weird questions about form and what to do for this muscle or that muscle or ‘what can I do if this body part is injured’, she always is enthusiastic to help me learn! She’s such a great teacher and always has the perfect exercise for my current fitness/injury level! The gym is amazing too; it’s a clean, inviting, no -pressure, space. “Awesome experience at Pacific Crest CrossFit. I was greeted by the owner and he introduced me to the coach who was going to instruct the class I was in. The coach then asked about any possible injuries I might be dealing with then gave me a tour of the space. The class began and they went over the entire workout and had everyone introduce themselves. They had great coaching cues and were very clear with the instructions. This was one of my CrossFit drop in experiences. Pacific Crest CrossFit exceeded in every category of what to expect from an awesome CrossFit gym. 5 stars and well deserved!!!”
