I came to this store today to pay my bill and ask a bunch of questions, and had a great experience. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and informative but without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I told him I was looking for the iPhone 16 and he told me he had the 16E but then when he told me about the camera specs I was like oh no, I mainly want it for the camera. So then he directed me to a different store where he thought I would probably be able to find the 16 pro. I asked him some questions about bringing an unlocked phone or switching service to a new phone mid month. He informed me I could do this for $25 in store or for free online. I really appreciated all the tips and advice without him trying to push one of those free tablets on me (an experience I've had at other stores). I came back a few minutes later to pay my phone bill. Would definitely stop by this location again if I'm in the area.

You guys have some of the worst electronics I've ever seen in a store you sold me a freaking a9 tablet that has multiple problems lags and I tried to go there and talk to the lady and she lied and told me that tablet works great I found thousands of reviews saying that this tablet is garbage you guys are a garbage company you sold out losers

Was super upset due to e sim card and 611 help not working lexii helped me and fixed my problem and was so helpful friendly and she deserves to be recognized for her amazing customer service

Lexii helped me today I am very thankful for her asking to help me into the account to save me money without me even asking she is great. She needs a raise so tell the boss to do it today!!

Their service is good and their data plans stay the same price no matter how much you use it.. The downside is sometimes if you have a question and use live chat on their app they don't say the same thing as in person..Otherwise I'd recommend them.

Not sure why they have anyone working here. I tried to come in and cancel my remaining lines on my plan. Only to be told that I “must” call customer service for that, even though when I called customer service they Informed that in can be done in store or over the phone.
If you don’t know how that’s fine but don’t lie to me because you don’t want to or do know how. Ask questions and be an adult

Since ownership change at this franchise, I absolutely will not go back to this store. The 5 ppl behind the counter the last time I went in were something else.
Previous management was great, kind, helpful, those new folks, nope. Granted, it's been almost a year now, but I'm not going back to this store until I know there is a change again.
Too bad, I've been with Metro and T-Mobile since before T-Mobile was T-Mobile, even. I don't do rude ppl period.
I also don't appreciate being lied to. If you don't know, just say so... If you lie, you make bigger problems and word of mouth eventually does impact your bottom line. I can see by the reviews that I am not alone in my experience at this particular store.
My stars are for this store specifically and would be 0 if possible. It appears they lie frequently and are rude to many ppl. Just as I experienced.
Also, the condescending person who left a review about ppl not understanding how inventory and traffic work, that is unrelated to crappy and rude treatment with lies interspersed, that cost ppl money they aren't counting on. Go take a freaking hike with your attitude.
I switched carriers and won't be going back to Metro in the future.

Metro by T-Mobile AJ the manager is the best he has helped me 2 days in a row and he has given me the best customer service and an amazing manager I just feel so blessed

When buying a new phone last month, we were offered up to 4 tablets flat 20$ no additional cost. When asked various times to the employee in the store since we’re getting charged an additional 40$ employee Stephanie was very snarky and rude to state we must have not asked since it’s 20$ MONTHLY with an undetermined date. We kindly asked for it to be cancelled and if we could return since it was not the agreement had last week where she rudely told us it was our fault. Employee was passive aggressive, rude and did not want to help resolve the inicial problem. Attitude is unprofessional and unacceptable will not be coming back if this is how customers are being treated

I would not get a phone here, I was sold a phone that shuts off. Won't connect to wifi, I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive phone. The woman that sold me the phone said I had 14 days to exchange it, I bring it in. Changed story to one day. I was lied to. Also two women told my friend and I that customer's don't matter and we were not right. They have their jobs because of customers. I am very upset. Protesting on Sunday. Don't shop here. They lie to sell phones.

I just want to start with the cleanliness of the store! I swear I’ve never walked into this location and it’s been dirty. They stay on top of the store looking neat and organized. Staff it’s absolutely amazing super friendly super attentive and well educated on the products they are selling! Liliana was such an amazing help and she got me hooked up with the best phone that fit me and let me tell you I am absolutely in love with my phone! And that liquid stuff is the biz and I was in awe on how it’s applied! I 100% recommend this location and I am sure anyone else who visits this location will too!

Katie was super knowledgeable and helpful with the process of getting a new phone. She got me set up and out the door quickly. All the staff were so friendly, seriously recommend coming here for any phone needs.

Would like to address that the last time I went there, Robert or whatever his name is helped me but kept calling someone on the floor “babe” and wasn’t very attentive to me as a customer but was very engaged with the other worker on the floor.also another worker on the floor wasn’t getting the same attention as the other worker and you could see that she was struggling needing help with her work. His customer service is horrible and as a district manager I feel like his dedication to work would be better than it is is he wasn’t working with someone he’s calling “babe”. Shouldn’t have couples work together if they aren’t being professional about their job

Staff is very educated and really knows their stuff. Friendly and outgoing I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and they helped me find the device that best fit my needs and I got to say I love my device and heard they are now a hub!! So they will be loaded with devices will definitely be coming to this location for any new lines or upgrades I need
