These people are jive turkeys. I applied for a loan and the rep promised he’d call me back — never heard from him again. Then I paid off my car and STILL haven’t gotten my title. All talk, no follow-through. Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere that actually does what they say.

Almost impossible to get in contact with a person. When I do get to a person they transfer me to another automated system. It takes hours to get any information or help. This is an ongoing issue, no matter what time of day I call.
