“I turned to Ermine in a panic! I had ordered a set of jam labels from a company that lost a quarter of my order. No communication and no resolution. I had a deadline and Ermine not ONLY communicated with me promptly and got my labels here in time, I got the discount on your first order even though I missed the code when I ordered. FABULOUS! “Pressquatch excelled at a print job I submitted this week for 2,500 postcards. Here's the timeline (not what I expected!). Tuesday: sent files. Wednesday: they called to clarify my order and helped correct an inappropriate card stock choice on my end. Thursday: shipped. Friday: delivered. Wow! I'm a former Phoenix Media customer and now a happy Pressquatch customer. A+ for ease of ordering, customer service, job quality, and timeliness. Highly recommended.”

“In a world that is constantly offloading customer service to AI and automation, it's so refreshing to work with a company that still has humans (and ones that are capable and clearly care) at the helm of customer service. The few times I've ever had an issue, I've always had a responsive and quick human interaction with Solutions Yes, and it's so refreshing to me that I'm going out of my way to write a review. Thanks guys!”

I had done save the dates with another local shop, but didn’t feel like I received enough guidance for an amateur like me. Their expertise saved me the time of figuring it out myself using trial and error. They crushed it!”
