They provide financial services and education to improve the lives of their members and the communities they serve, including Portland, Vancouver, Salem, Eugene, and Bend. Founded in 1932, OnPoint has grown to be the largest community-owned financial institution in Oregon, boasting over 90 years of banking know-how and the strength of more than 500,000+ members. Customers report great in-person service with helpful and patient tellers. Some locations are appreciated for being open extended hours and having ample parking, including outdoor ATMs. One reviewer highlighted a banker's exceptional customer service, spending a good hour examining a suspicious check and escalating the issue to the fraud department, ultimately saving the customer from a disastrous scam. Another reviewer praised a banker for their help and smiles. Additionally, a customer found a staff member to be the best, providing significant assistance with financial planning, loans, and credit, always listening and having the customer's best interest at heart. However, one reviewer noted that the phone system is poor, making it difficult to reach branch staff. Parking at some locations is also described as the worst, with a suggestion to park on the street if possible.
My partner and I needed to open a joint checking account, and it was SUPER easy and quick at On Point. Brandon and Michael were so helpful and gave us a lot of guidance on how to transfer funds in and out. Highly impressed with the customer relations - def will come back for any future banking needs!

Their in-person service is great, and i really appreciate that they’re open that wxtra half-hour. However, their phone system absolutely sucks, you can’t reach anyone from the actual branch, and the parking lot is the worst. Better to ark on the street if you can get a spot.

I always go to this branch if possible. The tellers are helpful and patient. Specifically, Nathan was very helpful recently when I lost my debit card. Appreciated!! Also of note, there is a lot of parking even when busy and 2 outdoor atms.
