This location is alright. Went in for a replacement debit card and the literal child : a 19 year old, kept pressuring me into getting a credit card when I already told her I plan on switching banks and am moving fairly soon.Poor customer service on her part. I came in for a debit card, not a credit card. Stop talking and get off the phone. Personal calls should not be taken while at work.

I had an amazing experience at this OnPoint. Buck helped me with all my questions and was always very professional, patient, and friendly! Buck even helped me open a new account that would save me more money and kept me informed about the best financial practices for traveling abroad. I left feeling much more confident and knowledgable. Also, be sure to look for the hidden Nacho Libre photos around the credit Union - it’s a fun touch! ????

Very friendly and efficient staff! Whenever I have an issue such as a lost debit card, or landlord lost the rent check, I go in all worried and receive compassion and positive solutions beyond anything I was expecting. I really appreciate having the option to get friendly help in person instead of struggling to take care of things myself online. Truly awesome community-minded alternative to big corporate banks!
