Donna just called on point community credit union and the rep won't help me access my fifth third bank on to better banks in the Portland Oregon region.

Everytime I go here, there's an issue. Always takes forever, always understaffed it seems. The teller today didn't even try to act cordial. In fact they seemed totally annoyed that I had the odasity to stop by. The branch in Hillsdale is opposite in every way and worth making the extra trip.
