“I’ve been going here for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently, we had a porch and railing with a mix of very old wood and brand new wood on the railing. I showed Demetrius photos of the project, and he guided us through the process of preparation for staining and the type of stain and which color to choose. It turned out perfect! We would have had no idea how to accomplish blending the new and old wood so that you couldn’t tell the difference when stained. They have a great selection of products and can assist you in selecting the right ones for your project.”

I am a designer with really high expectations and spent hours in the store needing multiple samples, card paint outs, a sophisticated coorespondant to bounce choices and the project needs and goals per room and she went above and beyond while managing multiple customers at once and always just making us all feel like our projects are important. This level of service has become really rare and special and I drive 30 minutes just to go to this particular store due to her service. The paints mixed are always correct which can also be a problem elsewhere for larger orders. Thank you for the attention to detail and great service every time.”

There are 215 colors in MTN's online store (spray planet). I'll probably get my paint online if I have time for shipping. But if I need it today, Hankins Hardware is the place I go.”

Then during making my colors he noted that one was not what I said it was and took the time to call me and let me know and make sure it was actually what I wanted. I couldn't get anyone to pick up, so he himself offered to drive to the warehouse and drop off and didn't even want to charge me. “Stopped in late Friday (12/4/20) to just get some questions answered. I'm new to this and trying to my head wrapped around the process and anticipated costs. Cody was at the front and was ready to answer my questions. He went through the different flooring types available and even went over the pros/cons of each type. He also discussed other pitfalls that homeowner's can get into when not properly informed. Cody went as far as to generate a super quick quote, based on estimate of square footage, labor, etc. He also discussed installation lead times and what was/wasn't covered by the installers. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I'll be back to start and finish my project with Sherwin-Williams. Thanks!”

“Sherwin-Williams paint at the Sherwin-Williams paint store is more expensive than the Sherwin-Williams paint at Lowe's but it is better. It covers better and the same amount of paint will generally go farther. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and you seldom have to wait or to check out. If you catch a 40%-off sale like I did last time then it's actually cheaper than Lowe's and still better! If you like a color of paint in the Sherwin-Williams pallet you can buy it at either the Sherwin-Williams store or Lowe's and get the exact same color even though the paint formulation will be a little more cost-optimized at Lowe's.”

“It was not painless, but made right. I stopped in to order some paint on a Thursday afternoon and was told it would be ready in a couple hours. when I called to check. It was still not ready, and I was treated very poorly by the representative on the phone. I went in the next day to pick up the paint and spoke with Dylan. I explained what had happened and he handled the situation incredibly well. He apologized for how I was treated and made the situation right. Dylan was great to work with and I would definitely go back.”

“Good store and friendly group of people who work there.Stopped in a few months ago to pick up a can of paint to match our existing trim. They were very helpful in figuring out the right finish based on pictures I brought. The color was slightly off but that was partially due to my little paint match sensor and the fact that we seem to have 3-4 different shades of white throughout the house. Paint was great though and looks nice.”
