“I love these products! So easy to apply and so effective. I started with their Internal Wood Stabilizer in 2020 on raised garden beds and 6 seasons later they still look brand new. This year I used their IWS and Khaki colored stain on a new Redwood deck and Teak stain on a cedar pergola. Amazing results again!”

Then during making my colors he noted that one was not what I said it was and took the time to call me and let me know and make sure it was actually what I wanted. “I needed a quart of trim paint to match an exact color for my kitchen remodel so chose my neighborhood S-W store. As I was placing my order the sales clerk informed me that if I could wait a couple of days my paint would be on sale. When I called to check on my order Friday it was ready for me to pick up. My color sample block had nine drops of paint each slightly changed until the color was a perfect match. Thank you, Catherine, for the excellent customer service and perfect color match. “This place is awesome! Reminds me of going into a Napa Autoparts in the early 2000's, and buying autoparts and actually dealing with a person, then you always end up with the correct parts. It's nice to work with a professional and walk away with confidence with your purchase. I'm not sure if you've checked prices lately, but automotive paint and tools for the trade are not cheap.”
“I went in today in a panic after a very important bolt in my electric wheelchair snapped when I went over some broken asphalt in a nearby park. The staff was incredibly helpful and found a replacement piece and even installed it for me there. It took about 15 minutes and cost me a total of $2.20. I can’t even guess how much more time and money it would have taken me if I managed to book an appointment at a medical supply store; I really doubt the secondary bar left supporting my weight would have lasted the rest of the day. Thank you so much for the help!”

“I called from Canada to buy 1 gallon of paint for our warehouse in Portland, but phoned their manufacturing facility, which referred me to Paul Schraeder from a different location. I couldn't get anyone to pick up, so he himself offered to drive to the warehouse and drop off and didn't even want to charge me. “It was not painless, but made right. I stopped in to order some paint on a Thursday afternoon and was told it would be ready in a couple hours. when I called to check. It was still not ready, and I was treated very poorly by the representative on the phone. I went in the next day to pick up the paint and spoke with Dylan. I explained what had happened and he handled the situation incredibly well. He apologized for how I was treated and made the situation right. Dylan was great to work with and I would definitely go back.”

This level of service has become really rare and special and I drive 30 minutes just to go to this particular store due to her service. The paints mixed are always correct which can also be a problem elsewhere for larger orders. Thank you for the attention to detail and great service every time.”
