“I love these products! So easy to apply and so effective. I started with their Internal Wood Stabilizer in 2020 on raised garden beds and 6 seasons later they still look brand new. This year I used their IWS and Khaki colored stain on a new Redwood deck and Teak stain on a cedar pergola. Amazing results again!”

“This company is pretty awesome. I originally went to another location looking for a specific wood stain they carry. The other location didn’t have the color I was looking for but quickly located several locations and the number of cans each location had of the color I wanted, which is how I ended up at the Cedar hills location. Staff I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me several tips on the stain I was looking at getting and another painting project I am working on. Highly recommend this company for any painting or staining projects!”

“I’ve completely quit BM. The paints and stains here go on more beautifully and last. Also their staff is knowledgeable, which most stores, even specialty ones, are not. I’ve had such good luck this year with novel (.to me) products like a waterproof one for a basement, a non-skinning stain for a redwood greenhouse and a self-leveling Matte finish for a wood desk. Not sure if all SW are like this but the Boones Ferry one is so good”
“The friendliest Sherwin Williams store I’ve been to. The people working were very patient and took the time to explain the differences in the formulations for the paints. They quickly made up a bunch of samples for us and were by far the happiest people I’ve seen in retail for a while!”
“Always been happy with Miller there paint is better than the others however recently they switched the brand of sandpaper from 3m to some Norton brand and it is horrible do not waste your money 150 grit is more like 400 and it doesn't last more than a few minutes hand sanding where as 3m was a 100% better than this garbage”

“This place is awesome! Reminds me of going into a Napa Autoparts in the early 2000's, and buying autoparts and actually dealing with a person, then you always end up with the correct parts. It's nice to work with a professional and walk away with confidence with your purchase. I'm not sure if you've checked prices lately, but automotive paint and tools for the trade are not cheap.”

“We went in on Saturday morning, July 26 2025, to get several gallons of a paint to match a paint chip we had. The young woman there was very accommodating, service oriented, and also knowledgeable about the paint matching process. I liked the service there much better than a couple of experiences I had at their Canyon Rd. store, where the service wasn't really bad but the young guy there was sort of unfriendly. I will go back to the Progress location the next time I need any paint or supplies.”
