PODS Moving & Storage provides portable moving and storage container services across North America. Reviews describe an overall great and easy experience, with many customers stating they would highly recommend the service. The drivers and warehouse staff are consistently noted as wonderful, fantastic, polite, helpful, thoughtful, efficient, and professional. Phone agents are also described as very helpful and friendly. The service is considered convenient and timely, with efficient delivery and pickup. Customers report their belongings arriving on time, without damage, and that items stayed dry and safe. The online experience and email communications are good and clear. However, some note that the sales or quote experience can be awful, advising to research beforehand and be ready for sneaky sales tactics. While not cheap, PODS is often cited as the best price for this type of flexible, contactless service, making moves easier.
