My rent was raised an astronomical amount, when I went in to speak to someone about my options, the front desk lady immediately put a hold on the rental increase for three months. I appreciated that. “The app is really nice. You can open doors which eliminates having to manually punch a long code in. If there are 2 of you together, one can open it from the car just as you are walking up to the door and shazaam... open door. They close at 10pm. Climate controlled spaces. Nice place!”
“I showed up ~15 minutes prior to my designated pick up time for a U-Haul truck and the staff at this location had the truck all ready to go. Carrabelle and Gavin reassured me that I can give them a call if I had any questions leading up to drop off. Their attentiveness and quality customer service is greatly appreciated.”
“The process in getting my storage unit was quick and easy. Robin was kind, clear and super helpful in getting me set up. The unit itself is super clean, the facilities are as well. The gate process to get in is straight forward and easy. Jeffery has been nothing but super helpful and kind. You can tell they really take care of the space and make sure their customers are being helped and satisfied with their storage unit. I would highly recommend getting a storage unit here if you need one!”

“This public storage location ( 71 and Halsey) is Blue Ribbon best. We have been here for over a year now and have never had a complaint. Debbie, the “main” gal in charge, has always gone out of her way to answer questions, issues and always has the most friendly and professional attitude! It is obvious she values her customers and treats us like family. I feel secure knowing she has her eagle eye on everything, especially
MY stuff! The property is always clean and neat, I’ve never even seen a scrap of trash or anything that would indicate folks have been messing around on the property.. Some day I hope to eliminate some of my tons of belongings, but for now, I know everything is safe and sound. Debbie and her team set the standard that other storage places need to learn from. Clean, neat, safe. What more could ya ask for?”
“Better prices than other places, longer access hours, fancy Bluetooth capabilities to open the gates and elevators. I was able to rent a Unit online and move into it the same day even though it was labor day and the office was closed. Fair warning there is a mandatory insurance policy which starts out at $13/month or more for larger coverage. And they require a cylinder lock which costs $25 from them or like $10 online.”
“James & Jonas man the helm of a stellar vessel, Extra Space Storage on NE 61st & Halsey, PDX OR. To list a few of its attributes; immaculate facility, security measures that put other storage businesses to shame, & prices almost too good to be true. As well as dedicated, attentive, storage professionals with over 8 years in the industry. So basically, it's a unicorn or absolute perfection. Right here in PDX:)”
“Kelsey and Jerry were very helpful. They are thorough in explaining the process to enter and exit the storage areas my sister and I needed to rent recently. They were kind, attentive and courteous. The storage units are clean, secure and safe. When I brought a truck full of my sister’s contents to transfer into the storage units, Jerry was there cleaning the unloading bay. These folks take great pride in their work.”

“I couldn't recommend this storage facility more! The employee they have maybe one of the nicest humans I've ever met. I was in a stressful situation and needed a storage unit quick, and a U-Haul, and he was so helpful and so patient. The neighborhood looks pretty sketch, but as soon as you walk into their office, or by the storage units it feels incredibly safe and VERY clean. They also have great security to help you know that your belongings will be safe and taken care of while they are being stored there. As long as I live in Portland I'll always choose this company to store my possessions whenever they need it!”
“We’ve been renting a warehouse space with ReadySpaces in Portland for almost a year and have had a great experience. As a small business, the amenities are a huge help and would be hard to manage on our own. Package delivery, break room/kitchen, conference room, WIFI, the list goes on.
Ingrid, the office manager, is AMAZING. She’s always available, incredibly helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s even shared helpful tips about Amazon deliveries that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. She's always looking out for us and making sure we are good.
We started in a small space and have since grown into a medium space and added an office, which has been an easy and seamless process. ReadySpaces has everything we need, and we highly recommend it.”

I have had my belongings in a unit here for a bit of time. The start of the process was just as comfortable as the ongoing process regarding the staff. They're incredibly helpful and considerate. I've had small issues that they dealt with in a very kind and and understanding way. This review is really more to the team that assists the tenants, I mean a storage unit is just a storage unit, nar?.. anywho Dan in St John's is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, as well as understanding and has the patience and know abouts to resolve tenant issues if need be.
I'd be lying to say I can't wait to be out of a unit but I am happy that their service makes me feel protected and acknowledged. Thanks y'all!”

“Great service, even quicker now that they've gone to the handheld device that skips the walk to and from the office. The guy at the gate that checks for damage on your empties is always friendly and somehow not only remembers you personally but somehow remembers your truck number, company you work for, and truck number, etc.- even after months of not being there. This time given a financial help for 1st mth which really helps since not using till the latter part. As a plus employee and I share same 1st name, unusual as it is, same middle initial and birthdays! Perhaps I was destined to rent there?”

“Avis did a really good job helping me out, The website stated I was getting an outdoor unit but when I arrived it was an indoor one which wouldn't work for my situation... She was able to switch me over to an outdoor unit with no hidden fees even though the rate was a little different for what was available. Very personable and friendly. Reading previous reviews security does seem to be a concern but it looks they're like they are taking measures to improve the situation. That said, still always a good idea to have insurance for your storage space.”
“We just found out that instead of having our rent increase that we could just transfer to another unit (even the same size)and it would reset our rental agreement and reduce our rate! No we can easily downsize as we go and continue to have our rent lowered. Each time. I can’t believe we’ve been paying so much for so long. Just call and they will explain it all to you!”
“My girlfriend and I have been renting space for years (9+) from this location. the management and team are so wonderful. We have changed sizes of storage need on a couple different occasions as our family grew. They run a great place for all that is happening with the houseless and rodent problem in this area. Always clean and if you have any problems they definitely address it with the quickness. As long as they are there we will stay. We where going to change locations for storage because of previous management. But when this team was implemented we gave them a chance and then decided to stay. One amazing team they have there.”

“I had my unit at public storage on Corby Dr. For a long while. Throughout the whole experience, Corporate needs to rethink on who is important. Customers are #1 on the list for they have lack on that end. The On-site manager ( Paula ) has been the most helpful person ever... When I read a review about her taking things, ransacking, lying, etc. is so not true . Paula is one of the rareist people that is caring, helpful, trustworthy, honest, hard worker and by gosh don't take items that is not hers. I spoke with the real contract holder of said unit, and she was leaving 2 days later, she told me that she was getting rid of a lot of things free including a twin bed, air conditioner, etc. so for the person to say ( ill will )about Paula is absurbed...
So you be the judge, go say hello to Paula and you're see exactly what I'm talking about.”

“This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST storage facility ANYWHERE! I will NEVER use another facility. I've had storage units with them for over 5 yrs now. The father & daughter that manage this place are heaven sent! There not like public storage (quick to auction off your belongings)! They know life happens.... & in my case, they were understanding & patient!!! The prices are great, the property is always clean, the location is great, the property is secure, & they do have a restroom on site. As well as live on site, which is a little more added security! I would strongly recommend them to any & everyone!”
