“Shane at Quickbox has the best customer service imaginable. I ended up calling a few times with questions and each time he either answered immediately, or called back within minutes. I really appreciate how patient he was answering all of my questions.
They were able to get a container out to me on the day that I needed with less than a week's notice.
The driver, Kyle was fantastic. He was able to place the container in the exact spot we marked, and was very friendly and polite! We will definitely deal with Quickbox in the future.”

“Nikita and Audrey went out of their way to help us and our movers get a difficult move and storage finished in 6 hours. They arrived on a holiday on time and quickly resolved the problem we were having to access our storage rooms.
Extra Space failed to send an email with access instructions prior to our arrival but Nikita quickly solved the problem.

“We’ve been renting a warehouse space with ReadySpaces in Portland for almost a year and have had a great experience. As a small business, the amenities are a huge help and would be hard to manage on our own. Package delivery, break room/kitchen, conference room, WIFI, the list goes on.
Ingrid, the office manager, is AMAZING. She’s always available, incredibly helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s even shared helpful tips about Amazon deliveries that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. She's always looking out for us and making sure we are good.
We started in a small space and have since grown into a medium space and added an office, which has been an easy and seamless process. ReadySpaces has everything we need, and we highly recommend it.”

It’s one thing to have someone kindly help you set up a storage unit, but it’s another to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares. After a long and tiring day, his kindness really meant a lot and made me feel welcomed in a new city.”
“The process was very simple, the price was right and the payment process was a breeze. Got my gate code by text, keys in unit easy peasy. Love when things are simple like that, if you need a place to store some things even just for a little while just until you get back on your feet even, or for long term for holiday stuff, this storage facility would indeed be a place I’d recommend. Staff member available as well, I’ve seen him around so I know if in case I did have a question there is someone around during regular business hours of course so that’s also reassuring.”
