Prism Health is a primary care practice described as life-changing and the best ever experienced. It provides deeply useful, nonjudgemental, and evidence-based care, with excellent communication around consent and costs. The clinic is noted for its extremely good, respectful, and friendly staff, from medical practitioners and patient navigators to medical assistants and phlebotomists, who are all great at what they do. Patients report feeling seen, well cared for, and grateful. The phlebotomist is specifically highlighted as the best, a complete rock star who skillfully performs blood draws and vaccinations with minimal discomfort. The office is super clean. As a smaller queer clinic serving the community, it can experience a curse of success, including a long waitlist and high wait times for services like prescription refills, often requiring several hours for a visit. While working within a flawed system and not perfect, the clinic expands services as quickly as possible. Patients are encouraged to be patient, as the team shows up every day and will do everything they can to provide amazing, supportive care.
Highly recommend this very competent group of Healthcare professionals and support staff. They provide trauma informed care to all individuals. Not sure if they provide care for pediatric patients.

Do iLike this location better than 15 mORris‽ My PCP sees me either spot but maybe I vibe better with the mORris staff? Thanks “Dr.” j(ohnson) & Sheldon!

While (like anywhere with a PCP in Portland) it can take awhile to see your PCP, this clinic has offered the safest, most supportive, and most robust care I've ever received as a queer person. The staff nurse, Darren, is fantastic, caring, and thorough.
