Cody Stange, the manager has always been there greeting customers with a smile & great customer service. Very knowledge, have trucks ready to go, when we rented one. Moving out of the area and just wanted to give a shout out & thanks to Cody for everything. Highly recommend!”

“I liked the place! 5 stars.Pros: I walked in and was greeted. When I described what I wanted - a curved flap disk - a second salesman jumped in and found the part asap. Next I asked for a Spatter Spray -- they were out. Hey, so are the big-box places and even some vendors on Amazon. But they offered me a choice between waiting for the product by end-of-the-week and provided me with an alternative and demonstrated it. I grabbed the alternative. Finally, I asked to look at carbide burr and they showed me what they got and patiently talked me again through alternative processes.Cons: Are they the cheapest? I doubt it. But hey this is retail with available knowledgable sales person, unlike what I would expect to find at a big-box store. It is in a location near downtown Portland. Not sure that this is truly a con or simply what you pay for expertise and availability.I liked my experience and will be back!”

“The clerk, Andrew, was wonderful, funny, and extremely helpful. We had a stressful time doing the task we needed the vehicle for, but Andrew had us leaving with a smile and a laugh.And for the vehicle, it would be SO helpful if there was an onboard Navigation system or at least somewhere to mount the driver's device for directions. A lot of renters are unfamiliar with these vehicles and it can be dangerous to constantly need to look down at a phone in their hands or on the console for their directions.”
