“Reserved a truck online and went to pick it up at the counter, overall process was smooth and quick, truck handled well. Samantha was very lovely and welcoming in helping us with our reservation. She was very informative explaining the details of the truck rental and was very helpful in helping me hire some moving labor as well. She was very professional! The moving labor ended up helping immensely, the workers were very professional and quick, and the service did not cost too much overall.
The truck was in good condition and clean, and I was even able to return the truck a day early and get a bit of my money back. Only thing that could make the truck even more useful is if it had some sort of backup camera or rear view camera installed. Other than that, service at this Uhaul was great!”
