Slow waiting times. Have to listen to ads for quest on the tv in the waiting room. Nobody likes ads. Tests should be free after subjecting us to all that advertising.

Blood draws have never been easy for me, but today Darren really made a difference! Friendly, thorough, skilled, and efficient. Thank you Darren, the nearly painless one time poke and distracting me with talking about cats made this otherwise usually really rough experience a good one.

The staff were friendly.
It would be nice if I could check in through a human… the machine felt distasteful and shows a lack of respect for patients.
It would’ve been nice if the system supported my name properly instead of cutting off a letter; this was extremely disrespectful to me as a person; the system turnt my name “Morél” into “Morl”.
Would prefer not to go again & will avoid Quest when possible.

Their estimate of how much I would owe was off by many hundreds of dollars, they insisted tests were covered by my insurance that were fully denied later (and that I said I didn't want if they weren't covered), billed me for the full amount including what my insurance DID pay as if they paid nothing, deposited a check from me and seemingly had no record of it and continued trying to bill me for the full amount, and every response from their customer service has taken weeks and been completely nonsensical and unhelpful. Not to mention the actual location is like walking into dystopian end times with no front desk staff, no bathroom, blaring tv, and not enough seating for the many people who are waiting for their late appointments. I've never had these problems at Legacy's lab, and they also billed my insurance hundreds less for the same exact tests... Can't recommend avoiding Quest enough.

Scheduling an appt means nothing. No receptionist. No one comes if you ring the doorbell. Waste of time and a lunch break.

Been here many times. One time, left with nerve damage that took months to heal after a phlebotomist hit a nerve. Every time they are behind by at least 30 minutes, if not an hour+. If you have to fast or pee, be aware.

Choose ANY other company for labs where being able to trust your results is important. I reported a problem of inaccurate information on my test intake. Instead of correcting the issue they have done nothing except waste my time with customer service agents. Quest does not care about providing professional, accurate lab services so save yourself the hassle and choose any other lab company.

Seriously, this place is the absolute worst for blood work. They made me wait forever, saying they needed a break, even though my appointment was at noon, and then had the nerve to say they were closed for the day for the test I needed.

***NOT TRANS FRIENDLY***
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Diane was directly discriminatory towards my wife (mtf transfem). Diane refused to let me go back with her even though she needed assistance (didnt even give me the chance to SAY she needed assitance), despite this not being a problem with countless other Quest Diagnostics (we've been to three different ones so far this year). She refused to let my wife use the restroom (a gender neutral single-person restroom, which was empty at the time of asking, and we were twenty minutes early so it's not even like she was running late for the next appointment). And worst of all, she "checked" for veins at my wife's arms, but deliberately CHOSE to disregard the clearly-visible veins on her arms in favor of going for her hands, a method of drawing blood that is notoriously painful, and then even after my wife stated which arm and hand she preferred since one cant feel as much pain due to a disorder, Diane then chose the hand that would hurt her the MOST.
I will be submitting formal complaints.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE. No receptionist. Online portal is buggy. There is no way to call them to ask questions before your appointment. I wasted time driving there and back to have one of their nurses tell me that they stop testing what I needed at 12:00. No mention of that on their website. DO NOT GO HERE!

Showed up early for an appointment I made a week out. Waited a little over 20 min and then was told there’s a “disconnect” somewhere in their system that’s scheduling people for drug screens beyond the cut off of when they do them. Guy gave me a rehearsed speech like this happens all the time. About as unprofessional as it gets. This is on Quest.

I was a walk in. I did not have an appointment so I waited over 2 hours and then tech announced that he was going to lunch. I didn't leave because I had already spent the morning there and decided not to let it be in vain. After 1 hour lunch the tech got back and got into a yelling match with another person waiting for labs because she asked him to turned down the television. I had never witnessed anything like it. If you can avoid this place with out an appointment you will be happier.

Robert, Megan, and Stephanie were extremely kind when assisting with my urine panel. It was easy to get checked in and we conducted my urine panel with quickly with minimal disruption to my day. It’s not often you have a good experience with a urine panel but the team here was super kind and I felt the need to shout them out! Please, if you are scheduled for a screening at this location, make an appointment over the phone or online to make sure your experience is smooth!
