Jennifer is the best! I enjoy regular stretch classes with her and also regular private workouts. She carefully assesses our abilities and limitations and encourages progress without pushing too hard.

What a great gym, Jennifer understands my strengths and weakness and is able to tailor a workout to challenge me as well and not frustrate me so I give up. She communicates in such a way that it motivates and gives you energy to push through and not only see the difference but feel the new energy.

Jennifer is spectacular at understanding her fitness clients. I have dropped nearly 50 lb this year and Jennifer/Right Track Fitness has been a crucial piece of the puzzle.
