The Salvation Army - Portland Moore Street Community Center offers a variety of programs and services for the local community. They provide affordable sports and art camps for kids, as well as a monthly free food distribution and clothing closet. The center is also a peaceful space for quiet reflection, exercise, and meditation. The staff is described as very friendly and hospitable, creating a welcoming environment for all, including those attending the women's Bible study group.
I stayed there three nights and they were great. Thank God for these fantastic people!!

Love this place. My kiddos just went to their sports camp yesterday for their first time. Very cheap to sign your kiddos up for it . They have art camp and sports. Even though my youngest had to be picked up early due to some disadvantages due to his disibility, my oldest is striving and having a great time! Thanks heather... read full comment
