I showed up ~15 minutes prior to my designated pick up time for a U-Haul truck and the staff at this location had the truck all ready to go. Carrabelle and Gavin reassured me that I can give them a call if I had any questions leading up to drop off. Their attentiveness and quality customer service is greatly appreciated.

Great customer service and really nice people. Everyone at the front desk is super nice, particularly Gavin. The place seems secure and the price is reasonable.

I received great service for renting a U-Haul van and then getting a storage unit. I really appreciated the time the staff spent showing me how to access the facility and find my unit (it can be a confusing maze inside). The staff helped make a stressful day easier.
