Learned a lot and I now feel more confident in maintaining my knives at home. I’m still going to take them in to be professionally sharpened by them every once in awhile but it was a great class and flew by.

Took the beginner sharpening class, and it was so fun! Devon was so knowledgeable and a great teacher! Answered all our questions, and left the class having learned a lot.
