Took the cleaning crew 5.5 hours to get all the dust off of every surface in my entire house. It was beyond awful.”

We got a quote promptly and were able to schedule the work in a short timeframe. I really love the gas fireplace since we do not have to carry wood into the house and with the remote, both start up and shut off is easy.”

“Just found these guys recently because I needed black pipe cut to length. From the the first phone call I found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. When I came in an hour later Melinda recognized me from the phone call. She remembered what I needed and got right to work setting me up. I was unorganized and unsure of what i needed. She sorted it out like a pro. Then a great guy, maybe Eric? Cut my pipe to length and got it to me while I was there. Later just before closing I called again because I was one cut short of getting the job done. Unbelievably to me they went the extra mile to get the part I needed to finish the job that day. I offered them cash for coffee as a thank you. They just declined and said come back again. These people are pleasure and restored some of my faith in customer service. Thank you”

I have an old home so a traditionally rectangular countertop would have needed to be modified - they measured everything and created a form that fit really nicely in my space. For whatever reason, the initial seal on the countertop didn't work, and they came out and resealed it over a year after initial install. Would work with them again”

“Wow, we were so impressed by our experience with the team at Pacific Stone Installers/Touchstone Granite and Marble. We had concrete countertops in our kitchen and bathroom that needed to be removed (not a simple job as it also included an integrated concrete sink!) and then have new quartz countertops put in. I called so many places and they either never returned my call or they quoted me an exorbitant amount. When I called Pacific Stone Installers they came out to the site to give us a bid that same day and their bid was less than 1/2 what others were quoting us. But not only was the cost very reasonable, the service and communication was exceptional. Angela, who was my main point of contact, was so incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to emails and scheduling stuff. Really, she was the one who made our experience good from good to truly exceptional. And the team who actually did the demo and install were amazing too. They got it all done in one day and it looks incredible. They had to come out an additional time to drill a bit larger hole for our new sink and they did it that same afternoon! I've already recommended this group to another friend who needs their countertops replaced. Thank you Angela and the whole team.”
