365 Convenience Store offers a decent beer selection and some good snacks, making it a helpful spot for quick grocery needs. The store is clean, well-lit, and has friendly staff. While the selection of produce and fresh food is limited, it provides basic groceries like prepackaged sandwiches, milk, and a few convenience items. The store is especially convenient for snacks, lottery tickets, and quick top-offs. However, for more variety or specific items like batteries, other nearby stores like CVS or 7/11 might be better options. Overall, it serves as a small, local spot for essentials in southern Sellwood.

I stop in here every now and again for lottery tickets the workers seem pleasant and the store seems to have the regular stuff you would find at a small store.
