The facility was clean, spacious and simply well decorated.The staff was attentive and friendly.Parking was a chore. The neighborhood is unpleasant and industrial. There were many unsightly RV homes parked near the venue.I am not sure how safe this neighborhood is at night.

A lot of open space. Decor was elegant. I'd attend an event here again. I'd also recommend this place to friends and family.

The Loft at 8th Avenue is a modern, industrial space located in SE Portland. The various spaces within the loft are a perfect fit for large corporate events, nonprofit fundraising, galas and private events. If you’re looking for an intimate private dining space, ask about our tasting rooms & foyer.
The Annex includes natural wood, exposed-strut ceilings, polished cement floors, clean, neutral walls and built-in AV booth and bar. The space has an expanse of retractable doors that seamlessly open to our Green Space.
