While parking and rates are expensive and some note few amenities or a lack of a gym, residents feel the quality service, great infrastructure, and square footage for the price justify the costs. All the staff, from leasing to maintenance, are consistently described as great, super helpful, sweet, accommodating, and kind. The community is very welcoming, making it a highly recommended place to live.
