“We’ve always had a great experience at Indigo. My wife and I have lived in three different apartments in the building, and after moving away for a few years, we even chose to come back.
We’ve never had any issues or complaints. The building is always clean, well maintained, and has great amenities. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They’re amazing and have consistently made Indigo a great place to live.”

Nick and his colleagues have been amazing to work with here as I get settled—helping me navigate the property, deal with furniture delivery challenges and get to know the community better. I absolutely love it here, in no small part to the work they’ve done to make me feel so welcome. I only planned to be here for a short time but my experience has had me thinking this would be a great long term housing situation!”

“I recently moved into Raleigh Slabtown and the team was efficient and so helpful. My application was processed quickly, and they communicated every detail from start to finish. Dani welcomed me with a smile and answered all of my questions when I picked up my welcome packet. Overall, this was the easiest move-in process I've experienced.”

“There are so many great things I could say about Q21 but I’ll keep it short and sweet. First of all the location is absolutely prime! A stones throw away from New Seasons for all your groceries and tons of beautiful restaurants and shops in the area. I think my favorite part of Q21 is the staff! Anhmy and Rebekkah are always so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for the perfect spot, look no further!”

“I've lived at Hassalo on Eighth since 2018 and I honestly wouldn't live at any other complex in the city.
While there were some growing pains (just don't live on a ground floor apartment in Velemor or Aster...unless you appreciate unwanted visitors), the management, maintenance, cleaning, and leasing teams here are the best around. They take amazing care of us and have always been open to hearing feedback and improving.
My favorite building is the Elwood, IMO they have the best interiors and layouts. I've met some of my best friends living here and survived a pandemic.

“I highly recommend living at Maestro! The maintence team is especially helpful and responsive with any small issues I've had, and I have to give a big shoutout to Luis Villalba Nunez for all he does to keep the building running in great shape. You can tell he takes pride in doing his job well, and he’s always quick to respond to any maintence requests I put in!
The office staff, Hillary Crismon and Harrison Bremer-Paddock, are also super friendly and help host fun apartment events, and they’re supportive of resident-led events like the Maestro Book Club or having a community thrift party.
The physical spaces are all modern yet comfortable, the community rooms are ones you’ll actually want to hang out in, the lighting is beautiful, and the location is great. I’m happy with the gym (treadmill, bike, recumbent bike, rowing machine, 2-30 lb dumbbells, and a few other things that I’m less familiar with); if you prefer more for your workouts, there are tons of gyms in the area (Movement, cross fit, pilates, yoga studios, etc.) I’m so happy with my choice!”

“I've been here for four months so far and I've loved every minute. The apartment recently went through a lot of improvements, such as a newly added gym, which was noisy but 100% worth it. Now things are back to normal with noise level - you can't hear through the walls at all (sometimes I question if I really live with other people in this building - i do). The few little maintenance items (changing light bulbs and such) happened way faster than I thought they would. People who work here are super friendly. There is overnight security (also friendly). Location is great, right by Whole Foods! The parking garage (not part of apartments, but there is a discount) has an entrance to the apartments and EV charging! Can't say enough good things about the Lousia, I've enjoyed living here thus far!”
“Great experience. I've been renting here for about a month and the leasing office is quick and on top of things—Tyler made the process quick and easy. The location is SO GOOD for a mid budget spot. Everything is clean, no porch pirates, you're close to everything, maintenence is fast, everyone is friendly. Love it.”
“I had a wonderful experience as a new tenant with the maintenance man who came to my apartment. He came quickly & fixed the faucet in my bathtub easily. I had to call a little later that day because my washer kept starting over & over again. He came immediately and again, fixed it quickly and explained to me what was wrong. He went above and beyond and pulled it out & cleaned the floor and all the dust bunnies along with debris from the previous tenant. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you!

“Researching the website a smile came to my face. What an opportunity for both age groups to benefit from experience and youth. I wish there was a way I could support 2 foster children. We should design a grant that after training and background check, that individuals like myself that love children, have had extensive experience, training and education including being a mother myself could have the opportunity to participate. My only barrier is financial, seems that it is money they are concerned about VS providing unconditional care and love safety and nuturing environment. The state spends more on holding on to the children than if they paid a enough to cover rent and food per month while 2 children then get the life they deserve.”

“New management is in Place as of May 8. I have had the privilege of encountering Eddie who has had many challenges taking this site over, it wasn't the best before the new group arrived on scene and it was getting worse, and now the ship has turned. Fountains are on! Customer service is amazing. I also had the distinct super positive experience with Kaylin in the leasing office. We added someone to the lease with the prior management and it was not the most positive experience, and Kaylin is in now with the new group and everything is extremely positive. What a completely different experience.

The price is reasonable for the size. No particular amenity in the building.
The people are not particularly nice in general,they don't greet and do not respond when you greet ( not everyone of course but most).
I left because I could hear everything from the street, down to the people sneezing or talking. I could hear every passing car and the ones with loud music shook everything in the appartment including the building.
The blinds are see through,therefore you have all the light coming in when you are trying to sleep,the windows do not open easily or properly.
After trying hard for 3 months sleeping with earplugs and a mask ,I just couldn't anymore. Ohh you can hear your next door neighbor when on the phone just FYI.
Other than that I would have stayed for a short period of time I am in the US (18 months) considering the competitive price if I wasn't not such a light sleeper.
The appartment was descent. It helped in a time of need.
