A stones throw away from New Seasons for all your groceries and tons of beautiful restaurants and shops in the area. I think my favorite part of Q21 is the staff! “I've lived at Hassalo on Eighth since 2018 and I honestly wouldn't live at any other complex in the city.
While there were some growing pains (just don't live on a ground floor apartment in Velemor or Aster...unless you appreciate unwanted visitors), the management, maintenance, cleaning, and leasing teams here are the best around. They take amazing care of us and have always been open to hearing feedback and improving.
My favorite building is the Elwood, IMO they have the best interiors and layouts. I've met some of my best friends living here and survived a pandemic.

“Researching the website a smile came to my face. What an opportunity for both age groups to benefit from experience and youth. I wish there was a way I could support 2 foster children. We should design a grant that after training and background check, that individuals like myself that love children, have had extensive experience, training and education including being a mother myself could have the opportunity to participate. My only barrier is financial, seems that it is money they are concerned about VS providing unconditional care and love safety and nuturing environment. The state spends more on holding on to the children than if they paid a enough to cover rent and food per month while 2 children then get the life they deserve.”

I have had the privilege of encountering Eddie who has had many challenges taking this site over, it wasn't the best before the new group arrived on scene and it was getting worse, and now the ship has turned. Fountains are on! Customer service is amazing. I also had the distinct super positive experience with Kaylin in the leasing office. We added someone to the lease with the prior management and it was not the most positive experience, and Kaylin is in now with the new group and everything is extremely positive. What a completely different experience.

The price is reasonable for the size. No particular amenity in the building.
The people are not particularly nice in general,they don't greet and do not respond when you greet ( not everyone of course but most).
I left because I could hear everything from the street, down to the people sneezing or talking. I could hear every passing car and the ones with loud music shook everything in the appartment including the building.
The blinds are see through,therefore you have all the light coming in when you are trying to sleep,the windows do not open easily or properly.
After trying hard for 3 months sleeping with earplugs and a mask ,I just couldn't anymore. Ohh you can hear your next door neighbor when on the phone just FYI.
Other than that I would have stayed for a short period of time I am in the US (18 months) considering the competitive price if I wasn't not such a light sleeper.
The appartment was descent. It helped in a time of need.
