Emily was remarkably prompt in responding to any questions or concerns, a testament to the exceptional customer service provided here.As per ush, a few things went awry during the move—it's the nature of relocating! However, the response to each challenge was handled with an impressive blend of patience, kindness and humor. Having lived here for just over a month, I've observed that this level of service is consistent, reflecting a genuine care for the community and a desire among the staff to cultivate a positive atmosphere.The maintenance and cleaning teams deserve special mention for their friendly demeanor and professionalism. An efficient system, coupled with a robust accountability layer, ensures that any issue is swiftly and satisfactorily addressed. It’s rare to find a place where the entire spectrum of staff, from maintenance to administration, work so diligently and maintain a positive attitude. This, to me, signals a well-run establishment that values quality and community.If there’s an area that could see improvement, it would be the outdoor landscaping, which hasn't received much attention lately. “any well furbished home with good appliances will have the occasional need for Appliance repair .. we did recently wlhen our ice maching failed .. We place a work order via the resident portal and within 24 hours we came home on a hot day to find we had ICE .../that made us HAPPY campers!”

“What a property! Everybody who works there is so nice starting with Nick and Alex in the leasing office. They are truly as good as it gets. Maintenance keeps the property always looking pristine. The amenities are great, the year round pool is a plus! They put on different events for the residents throughout the year such as live music by the pool, set up a big screen for a movie night outside, Easter egg hunt for the kids. I would recommend this property to anybody!”

“Ive lived here for a year and the building is really well managed. The building feels safe and secure as they have security on site during off hours. If you have any maintenance requests they will take care of them quickly. Ive also never had any issues with all the packages I get sent to me with the locker system. The gym, lobby, game room, rooftop and bike room are all great as well. Overall Maestro has been good for me.”

Block17 is in a great location too, very walkable and pet friendly. Lots of great amenities like the roof, you can’t beat that view! This building is one of the few that does building events like a happy hour or workout classes seriously you don’t get that everywhere!”

“Clean and safe, lots of green space very good for dogs. Management has been great. Groundskeeper/maintenance guys are quick to respond skillful friendly and respectful of property. Good neighbors and community. All units especially the bottom floor have great patios and direct access to open spaces for dogs. People actually pick up their poop for the most part too. That says a lot haha”

“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

“I moved in November, downsizing with plan to return to Alaska 2023. Mia, management is personable, professional (fair) and pretty quick to respond by text or email. She provides information on upcoming events; key switch outs, inspections, etc. I live on top floor and LOVE the view! Washer/dryers on site with no need for quarters is amazing. I reported an issue with washer and repairman here within time I was drying my clothes. The neighborhood is great for walking and New Seasons or COOP for groceries nearby. Library on the corner, bus stops very close. No issues with my car compared to previous street parking-apartment. The micro loft has access in kitchens to multiple appliances. Our floor shared treats over the holidays, close enough to say hello and talk but not so close in each other’s business. I enjoy the vibe of the building! Glad I did this but admit was apprehensive at first.”
