The workers at this location on 3904 N Mississippi ave are the most welcoming , down to earth people I’ve came in contact with in customer service, ever. Every time I come in the bank every employee at this location makes sure to greet me with a big smile on their faces, remember my name, ask how my day is going and give their input on the topic at hand. Never have I walked in that bank and been unsatisfied.
Huge shoutout to Tom, Cassie and Danielle. Thank you guys and gals

My checkbooks were stolen from my home on a Sunday evening, and there was NO WAY to reach Trailhead to report the theft. Their answering service stopped at 7pm. Monday was a holiday — so it took me 36 hours to actually talk to someone and cancel my accounts. Shocking and unbelievable.

ATM not available outside of business hours. ATM is locked in the breezeway and there is a card slider to open the door but it wouldn't work with my trailhead card or any other card.

Danielle, along with Jean and the rest of the staff at Trailhead deliver excellent customer service. I was very happy with my experience this morning opening a couple of accounts and working with such helpful staff.

This is the place to go if you have poor credit and want to change that, customer service has been great and I'd choose this bank over onpoint any day of the week

In person, pre-pandemic they were great. Now that I live in the suburbs 30 minutes from a branch it’s infuriating because every time I have to call, I get some third party call center rep and get transferred 3-4 times without any resolution. I’ve been locked out of my account for over a month because I got a new phone number. I’ve spent hours on the phone and have been told numerous times that someone “from the back end” would contact me back and haven’t heard back. Time to head in and close my account down and take my money elsewhere I guess. It’s sad because I like to support small local businesses and enjoyed seeing this one grow but the call center is too wretched and it’s unacceptable to not have access to your own money.

Avoid this place at all costs. They placed my checking account for collections, whatever, cool, I owed them some money. Now I've paid it in full, and they are fraudulently reporting to the credit unions that I still owe a balance MONTHS after I paid. I've reported it to the BBB, CFPB, and disputed it with the credit bureaus- and they still are lying about the status of my account.

A bank is a bank is a bank, non-profit banks like credit unions are incredibly profitable ventures. Their status is spun as a positive, but it is just another bank. Today they had an "Upgrade" to their online banking and it is a useless, weird, series of changes that result in a much less clear website. Apparently it is good for "mobile banking", the dumbest banking option for anyone with basic safety in mind.

Most associates are friendly, except for one or two who were pretty rude (I'm a patient, polite person, while also being clear and direct). My main complaint is that anytime something goes wrong (fraudulent charges on my card, etc), I have to shuttle from one call to another to another, either waiting for returned calls or calling other numbers to get the issue resolved. It's messy and time consuming.
