Amazing customer service! I popped in close to 5:30 pm (on memorial day Monday!) with a floating shelf that popped out of the wall, they were incredibly helpful finding the right solution for it, walking me through how to install it, and even drilling a few holes through my floating shelf for an easier install.

Great stuff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The store looks small but I have been able to find more stuff here than in home depot(staff here would just tell me to order it online).
