Said you can do a pickup after hours online, had a pick up for 5pm right as the store closes show up at this location just to find out that the after hours pickup is a lie. Called customer service once I saw there “wasn’t a unit assigned” to my pickup and that’s when I learned that this location doesn’t actually do after hour pickups.

This was easily the cleanest, nicest Uhaul storage experience I've had in Portland. The whole check in and check out process was super smooth and felt very professional. The employees were nice too and I wasn't there longer than 15 minutes picking up or dropping off my truck.

This is the best uhaul I’ve been to, super friendly, efficient, and made the whole rental process quick and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service—highly recommend working with Carl!

This is a totally malicious way of applying rules by U-haul business about the fuel tank capacity by U-hale. You have to fuel the gas tank when you guys provide with half tank, right? Or you guys charge $ 6 Dollar a gallon, right!!
Well, today, april 30/35, retun time 4/30/2025 12:22pm I ende up paying at the gas station $15.00 dollar mire because they didn't know the dimensions on your guys rental trucks,
And when I ask the staff for reimbursement my extra money because Y put too much gas he say, oh, I don't know nothing we only charge when the customer failure to not put gas in our company truck but when you put extra we don't return nothing! Seriously!
Really!! Can somebody tell me so that it?

Horrible experience! Warning!! They rented a truck with a check engine light on. When I left the lot, noticed a check engine light on. Called immediately before loading. Agent asked a few questions and they instructed to go ahead and use truck. Loaded truck and went to the gas station to fill tank because it was only a quarter tank. Gasoline began pouring out of tank soaking my shoes and causing a major issue at the gas station. Called Uhaul roadside AGAIN and it took 4 hours to get someone out to help. I was told by the mechanic that it happens all the time. Thieves drill holes in the tank to steal gasoline at the UHAUL yard. They rented me a truck that had a hole in the gas tank and no one at Uhaul checked the truck before renting it out!! On the phone with the manager...I was told they would refund me. Liars!! No refund Horrible people!

Justin is the MAN.
I got a trailer hitch installed on my van by Uhaul. The wiring ended up having an issue, so I came back to have it looked at. I did not have an appointment, but I needed it fixed asap. Justin went above and beyond to help me in a timely manner. This man is skilled, hard working, and dedicated to his job.
It's not just the install that I am happy with, it is the way that Justin handled the issue. He went out of his way to help me, even though I know it was an inconvenience. This is some quality customer service! Thanks again Justin!
As for the hitch, I love it and it performs perfectly. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and I got it installed very quickly & easily. I have no complaints and would come back for this service again!

I had a great experience renting a motorcycle trailer today. Not only was it affordable, the process was painless. Alita helped me at the desk and with attaching the trailer to my truck. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I dropped off the trailer and John helped me checked out. What a wonderful experience today. Thanks U-Haul!

After they stole 410 dollars from me I called to get my money back and I was told I was threatening them by the manager and never to come back or they would file charges. This is how you get legally robbed by u-haul.
