I returned my uhaul but the. When emptying it out into my car discovered I didn’t have enough room, so I got permission to leave the remaining stuff under the stairs of the storage lockers. I left my drivers license so they would know I was going to come back. Well something happened and I didn’t make it back until 3 days went by, they had thrown my things away, which I understand as it was 3 days- but my drivers license was gone , missing, not in the safe where it should have been. The employees were not helpful and I had to wait almost a week for answers. I am finally told that the employee cut up my drivers license and threw it away!!!! He probably just said that and it went home with him. Who knows? On top of that they won’t pay to replace my license that he admitted he destroyed !! Nor is the employee facing any kind of reprimand or discipline?!!! How is that right ? So my license was either stolen or destroyed ! I recommend avoiding this uhaul as the same thing could happen to you

The two people who I interacted with were professional, friendly, and quick. Everything I want on a stressful day.Thank youI would give 5 stars but I hate U-Haul’s gas scamming policy.

Please stop trying to shiest and cheat customers with your already broken, damaged, and beaten up equipment just because they elect to not get insurance. That isn’t an invitation to charge 10x the original quoted cost. Also, go back to the “X” marked circular stickers. Your photo dispute process is bull and I was unjustly charged because of it. STAY AWAY FROM THE 82nd AVE LOCATION (CLACKAMAS)!!!!First photo is my return photo - after hours.(NEVER LEAVE EQUIPMENT AFTER HOURS, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!)Second photo is the damage they likely caused and are blaming me for.(WITHOUT HAVING PROVIDED THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION PHOTO, WHICH SHOWS THE DAMAGE PREVIOUSLY!)

Monique never called our family back after Thanksgiving and disposed of 90% of my belongings. I will be pursuing this as a legal matter and will be filing a chargeback with AmEx.

I've been coming to the Town Center location for years. The service is excellent, the equipment is always clean and in good condition, and the lot is large and full. Also, many of the same employees have been there since I've been renting. Always a good sign when there is very little turnover. Happy staff = great operations = happy customers.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this location and the people here have always been kind and gone above and beyond. I recently rented from the Beaverton location and didn’t feel comfortable with the trailer or their service, so after loading it up I went to the Clackamas location just to verify it was ok and they made some adjustments to make me feel more comfortable (even though they weren’t even the location I rented from). Really thankful for their help, specially with a 1,300 mile trip.

Overcharged when returned rental, filed customer complaint, Manager dismissed with no email or call to notify, bad customer service!!

The guys and manager, Carl, at the happy valley location were absolutely amazin!! They had to clean up the mess the guy at the foster location wouldn’t help me with and we’re quick, efficient, empathic and so very kind!! They saved the day and my move! DO NOT go to foster location go see Carl and the guys in Happy Valley!

I originally rented at another location, but was told 24 hours before my rental that it was no longer available and I had to go (further away) to the Happy Valley Location. This was big inconvenience for me as Happy Valley was in the opposite direction and harder to get to (and I made my original reservation a month in advance).THAT BEING SAID, the Happy Valley U-haul location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long for pickup or drop off. All in all it was an excellent experience that made up for the original inconvenience of being shuffled to a new location.

Jonathan Reynolds customer service was superb. He was kind and energetic and thorough. His team member was keeping the lobby very clean and their team work awesome. I would use this U-Haul location again. Thanks guys !!!!

The whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was courteous and helpful. This is very refreshing in these times where excellent customer service is no longer the norm. I loved the ease of the whole procedure.
