My dad always raved about this bank! So to honor him when he died, I opened an account. I have had nothing but great service here. Everyone have been very professional and answer any questions that I have. I would recommend this bank to everyone.

The Manger of the Branch is rude and the employees really dont care what their property looks like. There is trash everywhere that spills into the neighborhood, they allow the houseless to congregate near the front so it feels unsafe, the attitudes are not customer service forward at all.

For several days during the week, the entrance to the ATM and the entrance to the bank have been occupied by homeless people, I can smell them and it is dangerous to withdraw money from the ATM, do something about it
