Might as well be a virtual branch. There’s never a banker available and usually only one teller and they are not helpful.

They lied about a free checking account and now I'm getting charges into a negative balance on an inactive account.

The teller was kind, friendly, helpful and quickly solved a complicated deposit problem for me. I recently move into this neighborhood and will be happy to do business with them.
