I think they have excellent service and in your face tellers. By that I mean, say your account may be nearing its limits. They are cordial enough to point that out beforehand. I'm sure I Keep them on their toes.

Terrible customer service from bank manager
Unable to assist with a mortgage issue. Gave us a phone number he thinks could help 😵💫

Drive thru is permanently shut down and I've never seen more than two people staffed at a time. Wait times aren't bad. There is an ATM here, as well.
