I wish I liked this branch. I've never disliked working with a bank in my life; my father was a banker! And yet when a bank employee made a mistake adding my partner to my safe deposit box by misspelling his name it required that I go in with him to correct their error. This was not convenient because we don't work the same hours. Beyond that, neither the manager nor the subsequent teller we worked with was courteous in doing so. We had to take time out of our schedule to get in together and when we did we were made to feel like what we needed done to correct the error of the bank made was an imposition.. No apology for making the error, at least several comments about how inconvenient fixing the contract was for the employee. I expect at least an apology, a smile and an urgency to assist in correcting an error that was the bank's error. Like I said, I never disliked my bank before but this branch has a culture problem. Don't go there if you expect common courtesy or even that things be done right the first time.

Turning out to be an awful bank! They are understaffed at many location making you wait up to 15 minutes for service. Their online banking is awful and they heavily promote you to use apps. I have spent over an hour of my time trying to change my phone number for 2 factor authentication purposes, and it takes 3 days to change the phone number in their back end systems because they have to write a ticket to do so; to make changes to your preferences on the online banking service you are required 2 factor authentication but if you have a new number IT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE UI and back end WONT PERMIT IT. They cannot change your new phone number in the branch either and pawn you off to their 800 service line. I asked for paperless services when I opened my account and yet I got charged 2 dollars a month fee for paper billing.I was recommended this bank but now they are going downhill. Take your money elsewhere - I plan to do so. Banks use our money to enrich themselves and we get this level of garbage? See ya!

U.S. Bank is absolutely shady trash. Opened an account here since I moved to Oregon from out of state. Was told by the banker to just write checks from my old account to my new account until my disability check direct deposit got figured out. Deposited the check I wrote myself. Receipt said $200 of $600 available. That makes sense. I understand. So wrote $200 in bills and sent them off. Noticed 3 days later that the balance showed $640 but only $40 was available. They froze the whole $600 as of 4/8 and it won't be released until 4/19 even though my bank paid it on 4/8. I called the branch and they referred me to "back office" an 800 number. After speaking with 5 people and the fraud department, I was essentially told it was completely random and they can do it whenever they want because it's in their terms and conditions. They said it was up to the branch. Called the branch again and they claimed they had nothing to do with it and no one could help. I just got a notice in the mail on 4/13 notifying me that they put the hold on it because they had reason to believe that the check wouldn't be paid. Absolute bull. Total trash keeping more than half a persons monthly disability when they have already been paid. Now my bills are going to bounce and I can't pay the ones that are due. I will close this account as soon as my money is available and will never do business with this shady Uncle Joe "back office" operation

On June 1, 2021 the ATM ate a $200 cash deposit. Immediately went inside to resolve this. Bank reps tell me that they do not service their own ATMs & could not help me & that I would need to call the number on the receipt the ATM provided to me. I called the number, 30 minutes later after talking to 3 different people on the phone & explaining to them 3 more times what happened I finally get someone who files a “dispute.” Then I’m informed that my $200 cash deposit can’t be credited to my account; that it may take up to 10 days. Nor can the local branch tell me what day the company who does service the ATM will be there to service it.Could of gone full Karen on them but didn’t. But I’m half-Korean, don’t know if there’s a different name for it. I’m highly disappointed & dissatisfied with US Bank. Does this sound reasonable to you US Bank? That customer’s wait 10 days for a deposit? What if someone less fortunate than me needs their money? Oh that’s right, you do that too, happened at Christmas time in Milwaukie/Happy Valley when a man needed gas money and tried to get access to his Pay Check but you could do nothing for him but fired the employee who gave her own money to him.All about doing procedure but not about doing what’s best.US Bank is about as useful as a wet paper bag on Halloween.

Wow! Adrian the rude drive through teller. Was waiting as he carried on a conversation with another banker. Pressed the call button to make sure he knew I was there, when he finally came he was very rude telling me not to press the call button again. Would not have pressed it had I been helped in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent service at this location. I felt bad because I came in just minutes prior to closing but Isak was happy to help take care of me

I’ve been with us bank 35 years, this is the rudest branch ever! Makes me consider selling my us bank stocks and closing my accounts! Chase bank is right next door.

This bank has gotten so much better. I had it with them a couple of years ago and opened a Chase acct, but kept this one open. They have dramatically improved. I wanted to get things notarized and Chase gave me appt a week away (2 times), this US bank took me in immediately. I worked with Sven Kubatov on two occasions and not only is he time efficient, personable, and helpful he actually sells the bank. He says things like "our goal is to provide 5 star service, every time", he remembers people and really tries to develop relationships. Its old school service. Very strange, but much appreciated.
