Had a minor account issue that could have solved itself just by waiting a few days, but went in anyways, and Yousef was very nice and efficient! Was out in 3 minutes tops.

I don't usually write reviews about banks, but I'm giving 5 stars because of Melissa Kenny. Her customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time, and she's the reason I keep coming back. I hope she gets promoted soon—if not, I'll find her a better-paying job myself!

Even though the teller was a bit crabby that I can't just walk in and open an account anymore.... Adrian bailed me out and said he'd help me open a kinda complicated account and also helped fix one I already had. 2 stars is rough- I think they should climb up the ranks some.
