I was in the post office today and this tall, blonde woman was waiting in line like the rest of us. She had several small packages. After a long wait, it was her turn. The employee, Firipele, told her he would not help her and to use the self-serve. She said that this wasn’t the type that she could do and he got angry and told her he would not help. She was clearly emotional but not rude and he proceeded to turn off all of the lights and said he is closing now and made us all leave! I couldn’t believe my eyes. This horrible man needs fired.

Half of my mail goes missing because they deliver it to a different street. I end up getting mail meant for different addresses more often than not. Delivery guy said he doesn’t know anything about this and there’s nothing he can do, right after dropping off a piece of mail intended for an address on a different street. Thanks for nothing!

I know heading into a post office not to expect great customer service to begin with. But the people in this facility don't even look up to say hello to you and offer little to no assistance when there is a problem

Telling someone with multiple packages they have to wait until the other 5 people have been helped. It was the person in front of me,she got mad and was locked inside of post office, ridiculous. I called 911. OVERWORKED POSTAL WORKERS. I would be happy to wait,the post office is not drive thru. PATIENCE

Verry rude . Not nice at all . Disrespectful and rude to the elderly. I personally seen them disrespect an old man that could barely walk broke my heart to see a post office feels in there power to do so .

I have been hesitant to do a review about this post office for a while now because one of the people that is typically working there is usually a pretty reasonable nice person however today I even ran into a bad experience with him. I will tell you this is the worst post office on earth and that is why they have a 2.4 rating and I’m sure nobody there cares or even pays attention but these people need to retire or find a new job because they suck at what they do. They are horrible people they treat you terrible. I went in with a barcode on a prepaid package that wouldn’t scan and he told me that he couldn’t enter it by number which is ridiculous. I was also paying for a package to be shipped out as well. I’ve been told that the packages were not long enough by the grumpy lady that is always grumpy with a sour look no matter whom she is helping. Only to go to different Post office who said they have no idea what she was talking about. Save yourself the time drive down the street to downtown Milwaukie or even to Gladstone both very nice places to do business with. This place however has

absolute worst post office the employees are overtly rude for no reason, There is a man behind the counter his has some mental issue. He keep there for 1:45min to processing my package. He was rude and racist. I called the manager to come and help me out nice guy but the employee still doing it his way also with other people as well .im not sure how’s they let him to work behind the counter.. I'm going to report this as soon as possible. Im sure everything was recording.

I came here specifically because it said it closed at 5:30. I was There at 5:20 and the man that worked closest to the door said they are closed, even though I was 10 minutes before closing time. Not cool at all.

The absolute worst post office I have ever had to deal with, the employees are overtly rude for no reason, they go out of your way to rush you out of the door and get to the next customer. There is a man behind the counter that is nice to women and rude to men. There is a woman that works here that I witness ask an older lady “why don’t you just drive it to this place instead of mailing it” they genuinely do not care about you here and they need new employees.

There is one post office worker who is very rude and very un helpful. They held a package and I had to go 5 times and finally I got another worker who actually punched in the tracking number and got me my package. There is always a huge line and the post master is Un helpful. I have not received mail at my home for nearly 6mo the because our mail lady refuses to drop our mail off since our boxes are in our yard yet nobody will tell us where we should relocate them so I just have to drive there instead. It's ridiculous.
