The United States Postal Service is staffed by friendly and hardworking employees who are often patient, polite, and eager to help customers. Customers appreciate the quick and efficient service they receive, especially when visiting during less busy times. However, some reviews mention that the staff is sometimes understaffed, leading to longer wait times and occasional delays in getting packages. The mail carriers are highly praised for being courteous and reliable, rarely delivering wrong mail. Overall, the post office has a welcoming environment with helpful staff, though staffing issues can sometimes affect the speed of service.
